Hampton Roads’ newest holiday tradition, WinterFest on the Wisconsin, is inviting the 757 to come celebrate this Saturday, November 18th, with a special $7.57 admission price.  The community-focused initiative is timed to coincide with Downtown Norfolk’s longtime holiday spectacular, the Grand Illumination Parade.
