Timed tickets are required. All tickets are nonrefundable. Only FLEX tickets can be rescheduled.

Any group of 15 or more guests can qualify for group ticket pricing. Group tickets must be purchased in advance through our group sales team to receive the discounted rate. You cannot purchase group tickets at the gate. For more information about group tickets, call (757) 664-1000.
The group sales office is open M-F 9 am- 4 pm but please note that WinterFest group sales ticket requests will close for the season on Friday, December 20th at 4 pm. Be sure to order your tickets three (3) full business days in advance of your chosen arrival date to WinterFest. This will ensure there is sufficient time to process your order.
There are no Flex Tickets available for group sales.
